Getting started without guessing
The first task is not choosing a peptide. It is making the problem clear enough for a real assessment.
Write one useful sentence
Try: “I want help with ___, it has been going on for ___, and I have already tried ___.” That gives a clinician a starting point without locking the visit onto one product.
Put these notes in reach
- Current medicines and supplements.
- Allergies and past bad reactions.
- Major health conditions and recent changes.
- Any recent test results you already have.
- The result you hope care will improve.
Leave room for a different answer
A useful assessment can end with a prescription, a test, an in-person exam, a different kind of treatment, or no treatment. A “no” can be evidence that the assessment was real.
As of September 2026, the umbrella body for every state medical board (the Federation of State Medical Boards) says choosing a treatment off a product menu, without anyone first reviewing your health, falls short of proper medical care.
